Adoption Form

[The Dean]

This form is used for all ages. If you have a character you want to incorporate from your character's life, but do not want to play it yourself, then share with someone else. Make sure you give as much detail as possible to help them be as knowledgeable in heir role as possible! This form can also be used for offspring your characters have, though they will not be RP able until 16 years old. Children will be Time Skipped so they can begin playing immediately.
