Why Would You Be A Good Fit?: I believe I would be a good fit because I had been in band all throughout middle school and high school. I can play, write, and produce my own music. I can also sing, which will benefit to those students who wish to pursue a career in the field of musical arts. I can play multiple instruments such as the saxophone, guitar, drums, trumpet, etc. I want to help those students who love music and want it to become their main life goal to have music as a professional career in whatever they choose that fits. I will not be ruthless and demanding when it comes to them learning, but I will have a strict set of requirements for them to meet before the school year ends.
Sample Of Work:
My lesson plan will consist of musical history from all over the world, as well as helping the students play their instrument of choice. he will be teaching the ways of older pieces of music such as Mozart, Beethoven, and Bach. Their curriculum will be purely based on enjoying the musical arts and learning how to play certain instruments. It will be based on the creativity of the students as well as their ability to write, play, and produce music. They will be asked three times a semester to write their own pice and preform it to the class with the instrument of their choosing. They will learn about different culture's music and how different they are from our own. For those students who wish to be singers, I have a a class for them to where they will sing in front of the class, as well as a private audition to me to prove they will be able to do well in the class. I will instruct them on how to properly sing as well as write their own songs.

Why Would You Be A Good Fit?: I played basketball all four years of high school, three years on the Varsity team. It's one of my passions along with music. I want to make these kids better at a sport they really want to play and be a part of. If I find those who I think would go well, I will refer them to a professional scout who may want to pick them up for a professional team in the next season. These kids will either hate me or love me. I'm strict with my practices which means no funny business. I will not hesitate to correct them or kick one of them off if they refuse to confine to my rules at practices.
Sample Of Work:
The players will enter the gym and obey my commands. They will start of with stretches and smaller drills before heating things up. One they get started and develop a little sweat, they will be put to work. Starting with a left hand / right hand lay-up drill. If they fail to count the shots made, they will run suicides. If they do not reach they required number of baskets they need to make in the drill, they will continue doing the drill until they reach it. Even if it takes all practice. If they succeed, they will move on to jump shots, which is a repeat of the same rules as lay-ups. After, a drink will be allowed if they're working hard enough. Moving onto skills, they will be asked to run, using both their left and right hand, through the legs, behind the back, crossovers, shuffling, and chatter steps. Then they will work on defensive slides, continuing to do so until they all complain about their legs burning. Then I will introduce them to our plays, both offensive and defensive. They will work the plays over and over until they can do it with their eyes closed. If they goof off or back talk during practice, they will be running the entire time. Now, if they do everything correctly and I don't have to yell my damn head off at them the entire time, they will be rewarded with a game of bump or a scrimmage, or even a game of their choosing.
